[One of the bands that blew me away that night was Temples. Sounding way, way better live than in their records, Temples really left the crowd mesmerized. Although the bass drum tore and drummer, Samuel Lloyd Toms kicked the bass drum off stage leaving the crowd puzzled during the performance, everyone waited patiently and eagerly as the bass drum was replaced swiftly and Temples continued on so smoothly like there wasn’t any boo-boo earlier. This performance was a major throwback to the good old rock n’ roll days with addictive riffs and bass line.]
