北米ツアー後半
Coachellaの後、Austin Psych Festまで北米ツアーが続きます。
北米の地図にツアールートを書き込んでみようか・・・などと思いついたけど、思っただけで終わってしまった！笑

↓4月24日のミネアポリスでのライブはチケットの売れ行きが良すぎたため、当初予定されていた会場 から急遽、よりキャパの大きいFirst Avenueに変更して行われました。（この記事ではTriple Rock Social ClubとなっていますがFirst Avenue系列のTurf Clubではないかしら。）

以下抜粋 健康問題の話のせいか、くどいやり取りになっちゃってますね。
Sania: Okay, I really have to ask, is James okay?
Thom: Yeah, he’s fine. Why?
Sania: I got to see you guys for a couple shows in California. In San Francisco at the Great American Music Hall, and in Los Angeles at the Roxy.
In San Francisco, I don’t know maybe because of that crazy lunar eclipse, or bad Chinatown food, James had to leave the stage because he had to go puke outside.
The next night in LA,you guys were awesome, but it seemed like he was really struggling with losing his voice towards to end of the show.So, I just wanted to make sure everything was good.
Thom: Yeah, I don’t really know what was going on, but he’s okay now. I guess it was just one of those things where you have to look after yourself when you’re abroad. Especially us British, I guess we can be quite fragile. He really is fine now though, he’s fought it all off.
Sania: That’s good to hear, I was just worried, you know.
Thom: Yeah, sure you were.
Sania: I really was!
Thom: Oh okay, well we’re good now.
テンプルズのファッションについて・・・
Sania: Temples has a very interesting sense of style, both in sound and in fashion. What would you call that?
Thom: Temples style? I think we’d call it that. Does that have a nice sound to it? It just kind of what happens, really. The music and the sense of style are synonymous. We don’t style ourselves to look like anything. We wear each others clothes, and that’s about it. We’re always running out of clean clothes on tour. We just wear the same things basically every day. Just like Einstein having seven suits, we do that and just wear the same things over again.

５月2日ダラス、Club Dada Dallas。ここでツアーは一応終了。翌日にAPFを控えてるんですけどね。

長かった北米ツアー。Jamesの体調不良があったり、始まったばかりの頃は今ひとつなレビューも見かけたけど、概ね成功と言って良いのでしょう。この夏にまたツアーすることが決定したし。
サポートのDrowners とも、ツアー後半にはすっかり意気投合したらしく楽しげなオフショットが沢山見られました。
テンプルズTシャツをモードに着こなすマット君、流石です。
